We had a great family holiday in your lovely villa. Everything was perfect and from the moment we walked through the door we knew we had made an excellent choice. The villa was spotlessly clean and small details like the 'towel swans' really gave an executive feel to the place. It's situated in a very nice area with an 'up-market feel' when you drive through the electronic gates. It's our fifth time in Florida as a family but we can honestly say this is one of the most enjoyable due in no small part to the quality of the accomodation. We don't think your website does it full justice ..... it's so much better in the flesh. We had an awesome vacation and were very pleased with your villa. The villa was in a perfect location, just a bit south of Kissimmee and a short drive from Tampa Bay. Having a secured property is one of our first concerns and the gates were comforting. The pool heat was set at the perfect temperature and we were able to use the pool every evening when we returned home from our busy days. The floor plan of the villa was perfect for our family, with the master suite being at one end and the other bedrooms at the other end. Our teenagers enjoyed their "own" space. Directions easy to follow even in the dark and rain! Villa very clean with ample supplies of linen and towels including pool towels. Faciliites and appliances all clean and in good order and easy to use. Guest information folder really useful , everything is taken care of. The pool area is lovely and not directly overlooked. I would recommend this villa to anyone. SJ

The villa was very clean well equipped,to a high standard, Beautifully laid out, the location is perfect and we could not get over how clean the gated secured complex was and how well maintained it was kept. Your directions were perfect which were particularly appreciated after our nine hour delay at the airport. We found your villa very relaxing after a full day at the parks, and found a swim in your lovely pool was just the tonic,believe it or not our children literally begged us to take a day off from the parks so we could all chill out and enjoy the villa. We absolutely loved Florida and staying at your villa and are thinking of going back next year, so hope to be contacting you in the very near future to book again. Mrs M P, August 2009

I'm just writing to thank you for the use of your lovely villa at the end of march, we had a wonderful time! The house was spotlessly clean, more than adequate size and well equipped. (I was particularly impressed with all of the baby equipment available, including the night lights! The pool heating was definitely worth paying for, it was like getting into a bath, excellent! The location was also fantastic and the security gate gave us peace of mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and our stay in your villa and would love to book it again in the future. If anything, we shall have to stay longer next time as despite visiting Florida so many times already, we ran out of time to do everything and I didn't even have time for a game of pool! - L.A. M
Just to let you know we had a wonderful time at the villa. Really enjoyed it, one of the best wev`e been in. We loved the size of the sunbathing area and the "frosted" mesh around the pool - gave that added bit of privacy. Thanks for the Xmas tree up for our arrival, nice touch, that made us feel welcome. " We had a fantastic time staying in your beautiful home. The facilities were fantastic, and it felt like a home-from-home. The games room is great, and there is something for every age group at the villa, from the selection of dvd's and PS2 games to board games. The pool area is lovely, and we liked the fact that you are not overlooked from any side. Location to Disney and major highways is excellent, and the Walmart supercenter just minutes away is ideal. What a fantastic holiday we had, your villa was better than we could have wished for. It had a very relaxed feel about it and was perfect for us to chill out in after a long day at the parks. The boys loved the pool and were constantly wanting to get in even after a full day at Disney! With this being our first venture to Florida I just think we were so lucky to pick your villa as it made a truly memorable holiday and I would have no hesitation in returning again. We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in your villa in Florida. The pool is a great size for the young children and all have returned much more confident in the water, also great for the grown ups to be able to cool down. The insude of the villa is also fantastic with plenty of space for all 8 of us. It is well equipped with everything you could want on holiday and the washing machine and tumble dryer were well used. We have never returned from holiday before with a suitcase full of clean clothes!! The children enjoyed the games room and having their own bathroom. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would have no hesitation in using the villa again or in recommending it to anyone else who might be planning a trip. Many thanks for all your help. Just back last week from staying at the villa and it was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and plenty of linen and towels etc. We had 8 people staying there and we did not get in each others' way as there was so much space. We loved the pool, especially the kids, the baby guard at the pool was perfect for my 19 month old who learned no fear and jumped in the pool without a second thought. In the evenings we were home we had pool tournaments in the games room to the great pleasure of the older boys. The Villa definately made the holiday. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
